Desert meets sea.Baja at its purest.
At the tip of the peninsula, Baja California Sur brings together landscapes that feel like another world: turquoise waters, white-sand beaches and a desert that reaches the shore.
It is an invitation to slow down, explore and connect with nature. These are three of the places that make the Sea of Cortez so special.

THE BEAUTY OF BAJA
Espíritu Santo Island
Hidden beaches, striking rock formations and marine life that surprises you.
Espíritu Santo is one of the Sea of Cortez’s great natural treasures. Its clear-water bays and landscapes of rock and desert offer a setting to explore and enjoy at your own pace.
The sea lion colony is one of its greatest highlights: an encounter with sea lions in their natural habitat that becomes one of the island’s most memorable experiences.

Balandra, in every shade of blue.
A landscape of calm waters and white sand that invites you to lose track of time.
Its shallow waters, vivid turquoise color and desert surroundings make Balandra one of Baja California Sur’s most admired beaches. Its protected ecosystem is part of that beauty.
The famous Balandra Mushroom, one of La Paz’s best-known landmarks, is among its highlights. Every view reveals a different shade of blue and another reason to stay a little longer.
